The grand clamoring. So many people want to be set free.

I've been sensing for some years now that the desire for healing work was going to rise up. Multitudes of therapists and healers would be required to meet this need.

Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery® grew out of my own life experiences.

Deep-seated trauma yielded to the profound journeys I began to create and experience for myself. The trauma was literally gone, along with my somatic reactions.

SMGI® emerged as I studied and mastered the old ways. There were huge surprises. By taking simple, repeatable steps I could foster true and lasting healing for my clients, often healing their trauma and revitalizing their lives.

Though it stung at first, I realized its truth. I AM a miracle worker! And so are each of the clients who have shown me what’s possible through the miraculous healing that they created.

I learned Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery® the hard way. And I don't want that for you.

Almost 25 years ago my engineering career was in full swing; I had a new baby girl and a happy marriage. And then bam! I began to feel torturous, unbearable physical pain. 

Learning had always been my path. I learned my way out of a violent childhood. I learned my way into a successful career. I quickly learned that my symptoms were somatic manifestations of PTSD from my early life. 

After trying conventional medical and mental health therapies, I began to study with everyone I could find who might help: integrative medical doctors, functional medicine docs; medical intuitives, naturopaths, homeopaths, herbalists, acupuncturists, energy healers, chakra cleaners, shamans, hypnotherapists, cranial sacral therapists. Some of these healers were science-based, and some were wildly instinctual. 

I knew intuitively that my healing would arise from the mind/body connection. 

I continued to learn my way forward for over five years, driven by my physical pain. I graduated from the Academy for Guided Imagery and the Center for Mind Body Medicine. I became a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, an Inner Guidance Life Coach, and an advanced Mind Body Skills professional. 

I traveled far and wide, and took one long, expensive course after another, panning for the healing gold among the rocks and pebbles - while still submerged in agonizing physical pain. 

As you might think, I was motivated. 

I endured endlessly boring courses on some of the most popular trauma-healing modalities. One teacher in particular droned on and on about theories to prove the validity of his protocol, yet gave out very little in usable techniques. THEN we students were invited to sign up for a THREE YEAR training to learn his actual protocols. I had gone as far as I could go with the treatments and modalities I could find. 

And thus began the alchemical evolution of my own SMGI® work. 

I was always a creator and innovator, so I began testing specific ideas on my weary pain-ridden body. I set up “clinical trials” with myself as the subject. 

I also began applying somatic, imagery-based approaches to the many clients in my integrative wellness center. And lo and behold, my integrations worked. My own pain lifted almost overnight.  My clients were healing too. And without being re-traumatized in long painful hours of sessions. I took great leaps during that time of evolving my work because I was on a mission to bring what I’d found to my community. Now I see that it’s time to share SMGI® with the world. With people just like you!    

In my course, you’ll get tools you can implement right away, and here's the thing:  I am sure your own healing business will grow and thrive as you apply my techniques.

It comes from the best intentions, along with some limiting subconscious programming that’s been drummed into us in this earth-consciousness that invites some daring-do to transform.

My course is designed - intentionally engineered - to change that.Because you helpers and healers deserve to make money. Abundantly.
