SUGGESTIONS FOR USE:
For maximum benefits, consider listening once or twice a day for about three weeks and journal the differences you notice, or simply listen to as desired, and be open to noticing any differences in your mind, body and experience after listening.
It’s not recommended for listening while driving, but feel free to use it while walking or working out or during other safe activities you normally enjoy.
When listening while at rest, research shows that it’s still very helpful and effective if you should fall asleep while listening. You might want to experiment with putting it on before retiring and/or before arising. Sitting upright in a comfortable chair works well also.
We’ve seen the results be profound whether listening intently and actively engaging in the imagery or simply allowing it to play as if in the background, free to not actively listen or participate. Do your own experiment with the audio and let yourself enjoy what’s most beneficial for you!
